How to Upgrade Your Account to Real Grow Foundation

**This article is only for customers who joined Real Grow prior to September 1, 2023 and DID NOT schedule their upgrade call with a member of the Real Grow Onboarding Team.

Welcome to the future of Real Grow! This article will guide you through the easy process of upgrading to ensure you get the most out of our latest version.

Real Grow Foundation was released on August 11, 2023. If you scheduled your upgrade with our onboarding team, then we took care of your upgrade for you on the call that you booked.

For those customers who did not schedule an upgrade call, you will need to take action to use Real Grow Foundation.

NOTE: After the Real Grow Foundation upgrade, all future upgrades and new features will be applied to your account automatically.

To move to Real Grow Foundation, please follow the step below:

Upgrade to Real Grow Foundation (It's free)

You may have entered your CC into our old billing system at one point. On August 11, 2023, we upgraded our billing system to work like a toll tag in order to provide a lot more integrated features involving our phone system, SMS and Email marketing systems, advanced automations and even our AI. In order to take advantage of Real Grow Foundation, you will need to re-enter your CC.

To set your billing threshold for carrier and service provider charges, just goto Settings | Company Billing.

Note - If you are on a subscription that was paid for by another provider such as the Big Dog Program, your CC will only be billed for additional charges to your account, such as A2P Compliance Verification, SMS Sending, Email Validation, Local Phone Setup, Mobile Phone Lookup, Premium Triggers, our AI Scheduling Bot and more..
